Refund policy
We have a 03-day return policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns if a WRONG/ DAMAGED product/products are sent to you. Please note we do not have a refund policy and only an exchange option if a wrong/ damaged product is sent to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels/tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rootstorosesindia@gmail.com. Please mention 'RETURN ' in your subject line with your Order id.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you will have to submit proper proof (photos/videos) that you received the goods in damaged condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and only exchanges on wrong/damaged product/products sent to you. There is no option for order cancellation either once you place an order.
